As the name implies our focus here is all about Fat loss and body recomposition. Stop wasting your time and do it right. Shred is a high energy expending circuit style resistance workout. The aim is to preserve muscle in your fat loss phase but also burn lots of calories. Pair this with either low intensity steady state training or our XFIT class for ultimate body goals.

If you’ve been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer.

 

Some of the principles that guide the Pilates method include concentration on each movement, use of the abdomen and low back muscles, flowing, precise movement patterns and controlled breathing.

 

Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.

HIIT alternates intense exercise bursts with brief recovery periods until exhaustion. It boosts calorie burn, reduces body fat, heart rate, and blood pressure, and may improve blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity.

"Fightera" offers a diverse class for ages 7 to 70, combining Boxing, Muay Thai, Karate, kickboxing, and self-defense into one thrilling and safe session, where you'll learn real combat combinations using punches, elbows, knees, and kicks, designed to make you feel like a fighter without risking injuries, all aimed at fighting fat and freeing your Fight Fit Body.
